Refunds, Credits and Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the camp or lesson start date to be eligible for a credit or refund.

Cancellations submitted less than 2 weeks before the start date are not eligible for a credit or refund.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

• A $50 administrative fee applies per registration.

How the Administrative Fee Works

The $50 administrative fee applies per registration, meaning per child and per week.

Examples:

• If you have two children registered for the same week, this counts as two registrations (2 × $50 = $100).

• If you have one child registered for two weeks, this also counts as two registrations (2 × $50 = $100).

Credits

• Credits are issued for the full value of the camp or lessons.

• Credit notes expire 2 years from the date they are issued.

• Credits can be used within your family toward any Pedalheads program.

• Once a credit has been issued, it cannot be converted into a refund.

Medical Cancellations

If you need to cancel due to a medical issue, official medical documentation is required to receive a credit or refund.

Program Cancellations by Pedalheads

If Pedalheads cancels a program, a full credit or refund to the original form of payment will be provided without any fees.

Bike Programs: Before and After Care

The following cancellation policy applies to Before and After Care for Bike Programs:

• There is no charge to cancel extra care.

• Cancellation requests submitted at least 1 week before the camp or lesson start date are eligible for a credit or refund.

• Cancellation requests submitted less than 1 week before the start date are not eligible for a credit or refund.
