We understand that sometimes life gets busy! To help families stay on track, we're happy to offer three (3) make-up lessons per lesson set for any reason—no questions asked.
How does it work?

Up to 3 make-up lessons per lesson set.

No documentation required for these first 3 make-up lessons.

Make-up lessons cannot be pre-emptively scheduled nor completed before the missed lesson occurs.

To arrange your make-up lesson(s), it must be completed no later than 6 weeks after your missed lesson, and you must call in the week you would like to schedule. You can reach us at +1 (888) 886-6464

Make-up lessons are dependent on availability at the pool and can be scheduled at a different location if needed.

Additional missed lessons require official medical documentation to be eligible for a refund or credit.

Documentation must be submitted within 14 days of the missed lesson.

Due to the specific requirements of the Swim Patrol program, make-up lessons may not be available.
Not Covered:
Week-long camps (Winter Break, Spring Break, Summer Camps):

We do not offer make-up swim lessons for any week-long swim program

Missed days due to vacation, changed work schedules, or other non-emergency reasons are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Any refunds or credits for missed swim lessons will require official medical documentation to be eligible for a refund or credit.
