Make-Up Lesson Policy - Swim

Effective as of the Fall Swim 2025 session

We understand that sometimes life gets busy! To help families stay on track, we’re happy to offer two (2) make-up lessons per lesson set for any reason—no questions asked.

What's Included:

• Up to 2 make-up lessons per lesson set.

• No documentation required for these first two lessons.

• Make-ups can be scheduled at a different location if needed.

• All make-up lessons must be completed within 6 weeks of the missed class.

• Make-up lessons are dependent on availability at the pool.

Please Note:

• Make-up lessons are not available on the first or last day of a lesson set.

• Additional missed lessons require official medical documentation to be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Documentation must be submitted within 14 days of the missed lesson.

  • Send to info@pedalheads.com with your child’s name and program details. 

• Due to the specific requirements of the Swim Patrol program, make-up lessons may not be available.

Not Covered (for summer camps and current swim sets):

• For summer camps:

  • We do not offer make-up swim lessons

• Missed days due to vacation, changed work schedules, or other non-emergency reasons are not eligible for refunds or credits.
• Any refunds or credits for missed swim lessons will require official medical documentation.
  • Documentation must be submitted within 14 days of the missed lesson.
  • Please email it to info@pedalheads.com with your child’s name and program details.
