Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for either:

• A full account credit, or

• A refund minus a $50 administrative fee per registration.

Refund Administrative Fee

The $50 administrative fee applies per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program.

Examples:

• Two children registered for the same week = 2 registrations (2 × $50 administrative fee).

• One child registered for two separate weeks = 2 registrations (2 × $50 administrative fee).

Missed Days

Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to:

• Illness

• Vacation or travel

• Changes to work schedules

• Personal scheduling conflicts

• Other non-emergency reasons

Account Credits

• Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued.

• Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family.

• Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund.

Cancellations After a Program Starts

Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available, except with appropriate medical documentation.

Bike Programs: Before and After Care

The following cancellation policy applies to Before and After Care for Bike Programs:

• There is no charge to cancel extra care.

• Cancellation requests submitted at least 1 week before the camp or lesson start date are eligible for a credit or refund.

• Cancellation requests submitted less than 1 week before the start date are not eligible for a credit or refund.
