Help CenterStandard Programs
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for:
- A full account credit, or
- A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration.
Refund Clarification Example
If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program.
- Two children registered in the same week = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee).
- One child registered for two separate weeks = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee).
Missed Days
Credits and refunds are not available for missed days due to:
- Illness
- Vacation or travel
- Changes to work schedules
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Other non-emergency reasons
Account Credits
- Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued.
- Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family.
- Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund.
After a Program Starts
Once a program has started, cancellations, credits, and refunds are not available except:
- With appropriate medical documentation
