Cancellation Policy, Monthly Payments

Soccer School programs offered at preschools, daycares, and elementary schools that are billed monthly. 

Swim programs that operate on a monthly payment plan. 

Before lessons begin:

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for: 

• A full account credit, or 

• A refund minus a $50 administration fee per registration. 

 Example: If lessons begin Sept 15^th last date to cancel is Sept 1^st

Refund Clarification Example 

If you are eligible for a refund cancellation, there is a $50 administration fee per registration. A registration refers to one child enrolled in one program. 

• Two children registered = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). 

• One child registered for two separate days = 2 registrations (2 x $50 administration fee). 

Account Credits  

• Account credits expire two years from the date they are issued. 

• Credits may be used by any member of your immediate family. 

• Once account credit has been issued, it cannot be converted to a refund. 

After lessons begin: 

• You may cancel at any time before your next scheduled payment date with no penalty. 

• No future payments will be processed once your cancellation takes effect. 

• If you paid the full program balance in advance, you will receive either a refund or account credit for any remaining lessons after the cancellation takes effect. 

Example:

If next payment is October 1^st, last day to cancel is Sept 30^th.

You may continue attending the remainder of classes covered by your current

payment until the end of this month. Please note that your registration will remain

active until then and will automatically end at month end.
