What to Expect When You Arrive
Your child’s first day at Pedalheads Trail is full of excitement! When you arrive, you’ll see lots of activity as riders get ready to head out on the trails, meet their instructors, and settle into their groups.
The first day includes a quick riding assessment to ensure all riders are ready to go. Once complete, groups will head out to the trails and begin their ride.
Our team will be there to welcome you, help riders feel confident, and get everyone ready for a fun and adventurous ride.
Check-In
Day 1:
When you arrive, look for the “Welcome! Check-In Here” sign or Pedalheads flag. A friendly team member will:
- Greet you and your child
- Check your rider in
- Direct you to their instructor and meeting spot
Your instructor will be there to say hello and get the group ready to ride.
Days 2–5:
- Drop-off and pick-up locations may change daily, so be sure to check your location’s Trail schedule in advance
- Head directly to the designated meeting spot for that day and meet your instructor
Getting Started on Day One
The first day may take a little extra time as riders are organized into groups and complete their initial assessment.
To help everything run smoothly:
- Please arrive up to 10 minutes early each day
- Be ready to ride at the start time, as groups head out on the trails promptly
- Ensure your child’s bike and gear are fully prepared before arrival
After the first day, drop-off will be quick and easy—just meet your instructor at the scheduled location.
A Great Week Ahead
Trail camps run rain or shine, and riders can expect an exciting week of adventure, skill-building, and confidence on the trails!
Drop-off and pick-up locations change daily, giving riders the opportunity to explore different terrain throughout the week.
