Your child’s first day at Pedalheads Swim is full of excitement! When you arrive, you’ll see lots of activity as swimmers get ready to hop in the pool, meet their instructors, and settle into their groups.
The first day may look a little different, as instructors take time to get to know each swimmer and assess their skill level to ensure they’re placed in the right group.
Our team will be there to welcome you, help swimmers feel comfortable in the water, and set everyone up for a fun and successful experience.
Check-In
When you arrive, look for Pedalheads staff near the pool or designated meeting area. A friendly team member will:
- Greet you and your child
- Check your swimmer in
- Direct you to their instructor and pool deck meeting spot
Your instructor will be there to say hello and help your swimmer get started.
Getting Started on Day One
The first lesson may take a little extra time to get going as swimmers are organized into groups and complete their initial assessments.
To help everything run smoothly:
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early on your first day
- Have your swimmer dressed and ready for the pool before arrival
- For future lessons, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early
After the first day, check-in will be quick and easy—just head straight to your instructor on the pool deck.
A Lesson Supervisor will also be available if you have any questions.
