What to Expect When You Arrive
Your child’s first day at Pedalheads Soccer is full of energy and excitement! When you arrive, you’ll see kids getting ready to hit the field, meet their instructors, and settle into their groups.
The first day includes a quick skills assessment so instructors can gauge each player’s level and organize teams for a fun and engaging session. From there, campers will start practicing their dribbling, passing, and teamwork skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Our team will be there to welcome you, help your soccer star feel comfortable, and set everyone up for a successful and active day.
Check-In
When you arrive, look for the “Welcome! Check-In Here” sign or designated meeting area. A friendly Pedalheads staff member will:
- Greet you and your child
- Check your camper in
- Direct you to their instructor and team
Your instructor will be there to say hello and get the group ready for their first drills and games.
Getting Started on Day One
The first session may take a little extra time as campers are organized into teams and complete their initial skills assessment.
To help everything run smoothly:
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early on the first day
- Have your child dressed in weather-appropriate clothing and ready for activity
- Ensure your camper has all necessary gear and footwear
After the first day, check-in will be quick and easy—just meet your instructor at the same meeting spot.
Footwear Notes:
- Closed-toed shoes (runners, athletic shoes, or cleats—no metal cleats)
- Indoor locations: no cleats allowed
- Outdoor locations: cleats allowed (no metal cleats)
